"This hotel did not meet expectations. When we first arrived it took us 30minutes to find a staff member to check us in. When we got to the room. There was hair, and shavings left in Shower and toilet. The sink had a crack in it that allowed water to spill on to floor. Pull out couch had crumbs still and no sheets or blankets were available for us to use. When we called for some I was given a blanket with a dirty stain on it. "Let’s start by acknowledging the price gouging this property created. Not a fan of paying $300 for a motel room. I understand it’s a common practice for hotels to do during a busy time but still very disappointing given the condition of the inn. When we checked into the Best Western they assigned us a room with a door that was literally propped open to all of the elements outside. "I liked the location and the price is fair but the room carpet was disgustingly dirty. After taking a shower and walking barefoot to the bed I realized my feet were so dirty… same happened to my husband. The carpet needs a good cleaning!"
