"Staff was rude! Found an employee coming out of our room with us knowing when we already had all of our stuff in the room, just because a previous guest thought they forgot something! "

"The place was clean. Customer service was great. BUT pool was on maintenance since I checked in @ hotel for 3 straight nites. Son was disappointed. Staff gave a FREE breakfast for a family of 3 due to inconvenience of no pool or jacuzzi. Son was able to swim on last day during checkout with checkout time extended from 12pm to 2pm. Overall ok… maybe we will return soon… but I probably have to call them & verify pool/jacuzzi availability even if it stated was available on website. Cool staff. Thx"

"Great place clean room very family friendly. Parking always sucks and fee is a little much due to people already paying a lot to stay. They should charge people less to park at their own risk. So they need to change some things. Staff is okay asked to get 10 minutes more to get out of my room due to last minute changes of me not staying two days afterwards and they couldn't even do that without trying to charge me 39 dollars. Good place but some things they do is not cool."

"We had a relaxing and incredibly pleasant time. The staff is amazing, Really friendly! We had dinner at Poppy's, it was really delicious. We were celebrating our mom's 75th birthday and they all made my mama feel really special. Martha at Hansen's Market went above and beyond with her pastry and coffee recommendations. She made our day as the rest of the amazing people that took care of us at the Hilton Anaheim! Thank you!"

"The hotel was nice and quiet. The proximity to the park was very nice. The restaurant offers a breakfast buffet that was very good. There is a good size pool on the property and there was very nice young man who took our drink orders poolside. Not much to do there if you’re not interested in going to the park, but we enjoyed our stay. We could have used some extra counter space in the bathroom and the AC was not cooling off the room very well. All in all, we had a great time and we would go...
