A true B&B. You stay in a home full of antiques and historical photographs. The host was lovely and welcoming. I was on a business trip I had limited time on the premise, would have loved to sit in the living room a bit longer!

We enjoyed our stay at this sweet B&B. Joan met us at the door and gave us the door code and WiFi password (they were posted as well), provided a little history of the beautiful home and arranged a time for breakfast the following morning. The room was clean. We had a jetted tub and a thermostat for our room (which Joan had turned on the heat prior to our arrival). There was an air conditioner in the window of the room. Breakfast every morning was delicious! We will definitely be returning when we ski this winter!

It is a beautiful B&B but the room I stayed in was adequate. I would make several recommendations to the owner to improve the property and make a guest feel that it is worth the price being paid.

The whole experience was incredible, great room, bed was great, amenities were great, breakfast was so delicious and the owner was so very accommodating and delightful, she even sat with us at breakfast and we talked about all of our grandchildren. Would absolutely recommend staying here and we will definitely be staying again!

I stayed there for a fleeting moment for my son‘s college orientation. The room was very nice. Slept like a baby. No sounds you might hear in a hotel - it was absolute silence. The owner was gracious and accommodating of any needs that I might have had. I would definitely book a room there when visiting my son at college.

Stellar b&b. Owner was very gracious and accommodating of my late arrival. Room was very comfortable, and breakfast was terrific. House is historic and very well tended. Hope to stay here again soon.

Our stay was good. We were there just to sleep. I wish the breaksfast was a little more as I am use to fancier at a B&B but the owner is so sweet . The property is expansive and a true Victorian style.

Delightful.

It is a charming house, wonderfully peaceful and quiet location. Very Victorian decoration. Cheerful breakfast, cooked to order. All the amenities you could need in your room: fridge and microwave! Private bath of course.

A slice of home on the road

I wish I would've known about it sooner! Joan was a spectacular host. The breakfasts were divine. The room and the entire house delightful. There's nothing like feeling at home when you're on the road. I'll be back!

Couple Travels

Very quaint Bed and breakfast full of charm, antiques, and family history! Breakfast homemade by owner and served with embroidered white linen napkins and crystal was a delight as were the owners. Integrity of 1896 house kept as much as possible with lots of family heirlooms and photos. Grounds were pretty and welcoming. Owner waited up for us when we were unexpectedly delayed. If you like charm, hospitality, and off the beaten path places, this is the place for sure!

A Charming Spur of the Moment visit

We arrived around 5:00 and Joan the innkeeper was there to check us in. She told us everything we needed to know and even told us that they renovated the inn 28 years ago. The Inn was very nice and we had the room on the 1st floor - it had an electric fireplace to make it cozy and a small bathroom. The next morning we enjoyed a hot egg bake breakfast with homemade jam. Joan was there to chat with us and we had a lovely discussion about our families. All in all a great trip. We would certainly return.
