The owners were very helpful all round from communication before arrival to helping me out with anything I needed whilst there. The bed and bedding were excellent, the room spacious, clean and enticing and the bathroom had a selection of good quality toiletries. Location is great in central Faro, but be aware that means parking can be awkward. I'd definitely stay again if visiting Faro

💐 first of all Sara the host was very nice person, smiling Face, very good attitude, helpful for everything. The apartment like a luxury one the room was very big, very sophisticated kitchen etc. The host and staff made me feel as I am at home, highly recommend this place and definitely come back 👏👏👏

Great location, nice and central to the marina and old town (less than 10 mins walk). The interior is characterful and had recently been refurbished so everything was clean and fresh. In particular the bathroom was spotless and had a great shower. All the staff were great, particularly Rima the housekeeper - she was amazing, helpful and polite.

We had a great stay at Avenue 41 Guest House. The staff were incredibly welcoming and gave us excellent local recommendations. • Rooms: Very clean, modern, and comfortable. • Location: Excellent. An easy walk to the Old Town, marina, and great restaurants. • Extras: The rooftop terrace and outdoor patio are wonderful spots to relax. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Faro!

Great location, very clean and roomy, very happy with my stay.

We stayed to be close to the airport for our final night and arriving here felt like a little slice of heaven! Wonferfully helpful staff, a beautuful rooftop bar with amazing food and cocktails with a perfect beach view. We stayed in the premium room and the view was stunning, we were very lucky to be allowed an early check in as thr previous guest had left early. We were offered beach towels and an umbrella and the hotel is a 10 minute walk away from a ferry ride into Faro. Coming back we took...

Staff very helpful 👍

Only 6=8 minutes to marina and shops cafes etc

Very clean, good value, good location. We would return if staying in Faro again

Everything was beautifully clean and well designed. Everyone friendly. Excellent situation.

Nice tidy hotel. Pleasant swimming pool with sunbeds around. Very tidy rooms, with big bathrooms (no bath) Nice buffet breakfast.

Really nice grounds to walk around and relax in. Staff were very friendly and giving us some great advice on things to see in the local area. Short walk in to the main part of Tavira for restaurants in the evening. We had a very nice couple of days here.

Walking distance from the airport.

12 min walk to Marina, 10 mins to bus station, Ubers were super cheap. €8 to the beach. Rooms where decent and comfortable with AC. Coffee and morning pastel de nata in the common kitchen area
