"Lokasi strategis, mudah dijangkau dengan bus atau taxi. Dekat dengan Commercial and tourism center. Aman, nyaman, tenang dan hotel yang bersih. Pelayanan staff sangat memuaskan. Hotel dekat dengan restoran /cafes. Signal Wi-fi yg sangat cepat. Harga kamar terjangkau!!! Hanya pesawat TV terlalu kecil dan kuno, tetapi programs TV nya cukup memikat!"

"Je ne peux pas laisser un avis sur cet hotel car je n'y ai pas séjourné. Mon hébergement avait été annulé,pour cause de fuites de canalisations d'eau . J'ai été hébergé dans un autre hôtel appartenant au mème groupe Hôtel Infante Santo. Un peu éloigné du centre historique ,m'obligeant à prendre les transports en commun tous les jours. Mon séjour dans mon nouvel hôtel s'est bien déroulé,car personnel très sympathique et serviable.En très bon état.Juste à l'extérieur de la ville ."

"オーナーは非常に優しい方です。 最初2階の部屋を案内いただいたのですが、私がスーツケースを持って階段を登るところを見て、1階の部屋に変えてくださいました。 ベッドやお部屋、バスルームは清潔です！ ただ、お湯の水圧がちょっと弱めで、また水捌けが非常に悪く溜まってしまったのでそこだけ認識してておくといいかもです！(お部屋によるかもしれません) また、わたしの部屋はエアコンがなかったので、5月の夜は快適でしたが、8月など暑い時期はどうだろうと思いました(天井は高いのでもしかしたら涼しいかもしれません) お部屋までエレベーターはないのでご注意ください。 総じてわたしは非常に良い滞在ができました！"

"The location is great, however the room I stayed at looked nothing like the pictures. We stayed at the building across the street. The bathroom ceiling in my room had a leak, and the bed was very small and uncomfortable. On weekends it can be very noisy at night as the property faces a busy square."

The hallway lights were continuously turning off, stranding us in pitch-black stairwells. While the room was clean, the hallways were dirty and run-down and our room door had no number. As we thought we would only have a room, we didn't bring food and were expecting to utilize the free breakfast. The...
