The reception staff were not particularly helpful when we asked about food and recommended Uber Eats but most restaurants seem to close at 8pm so we are left with only fast food options. The stay would have been a much better experience if the staff were friendly."

"I changed rooms to be away from pedestrian noise . Outstanding touches of old and new. Kitchen was adequate for a few at a time. Roof top was the best, tho still in the process of recovery from huge storms they had. Hot water was ok tho it was cloudy a lot . Excellent staff and good location to promedade and to ferries for day trips. 12 mins walk to Rail . Could ask folks to keep their voices down when in the kitchen as it travels easily to other rooms. Seem to be an international thing. Nice art . "
