"Overall stay was pleasurable. Nice cottage and quiet surrounds. Just a few things- Lucky key box was already open as we weren’t sent a code or check-in details. Cobwebs and dust hanging from windows, ceilings and fan was an eyesore. In the accommodation folder says bacon, eggs and yogurts were supplied for breakfast, no yoghurts, and weren’t expecting Aldi packaged sliced ham instead of bacon and Aldi prima’s. "Going to start off by saying that when you advertise a cottage in the middle of peak summer then you should ensure that at the very least the aircon is working. The place felt like a furnace the moment we stepped in and when we switched on the aircon it was not working. I promptly messaged about it hoping someone would come and fix it next day. "Some friends booked for us to stay here whilst attending a sporting event whilst over from the UK. It’s a conference centre first and foremost and for the ten days we were there there were no conferences so was very very quiet with limited facilities available. " Location was the only Plus !! We booked at this estate because it was offering Morning breakfast. It also showed a restaurant which offered Lunch and Dinner!! It was a total disappointment! "This apartment was great and has everything you need for a 2 week stay. It’s clean and spacious with all facilities including washing machine and dryer. We also went away for a couple of days without having to worry about our belongings as the building is secure. "

"DANGEROUS HEALTH HAZARD: Parasite Risk, Filth, unpleasant. Stayed 3 times for work, but never again. This hotel is a severe health and safety nightmare.
