I understand we are in the woods and so cleanliness might not be 100% possible, however there were coffee rings on my bedside tables from the person who had just checked out before me which was disappointing; as well as a big stain on the couch when we arrived. "It was nice and new, large room and clean. We ate dinner at the bar. Ordered the steak it was terrible and got the carrot appetizer the bartender raved about, it was terrible as well. Breakfast was very good and the staff was welcoming. Not much around the hotel for other dinning or entertainment options. You’d have to drive."

Staff was very friendly, room was quiet and clean. This is our third or fourth annual trip here for the Rhinebeck car show. Hotel is a very short drive to the Dutchess County Fairgrounds. Everything very clean and well appointed. 24/7 Continental breakfast was so convenient with a wide variety of choices to meet everyone’s needs, including gluten-free, dairy, free, etc. The outdoor deck is getting a little worn, but perfectly comfortable with nice seating. Really enjoyed how the room opened onto the front deck if you wanted to pop outside real quick or sit out at the table. It was a lovely spot very close to town. Really a great place to stay."

"This is an interesting location because there is no front desk. Check-in occurs at a different lodging close by. The very lovely Continental breakfast is likewise at a different spot, with people from several lodgings there (all affiliated with the main place). It worked out very well.
