"The hotel needs to be updated badly. There was a hole in the bathroom ceiling, crappy furnished shampoo and conditioner. There was no breakfast, whereas at the Sonesta in Nashville had breakfast and was beautiful! Another guest went and bought bed linens because hers were so bad. This was the class and cleanliness that I expect for a $70 room, not almost $200!!! We won't be staying there again."

"found a large roach in the shower when i turned the lights on .. huge fellow and disgusting ,had to catch it before my wife would see it. i was lucky i got to the bathroom first. she hates them , terrified of them .the night manager was great , helpful"

"Bunch of kids staying, hung out in breakfast area too long, wasn't much left and toaster didn't work."

"Was not a clean establishment at all. Cockroaches were seen. Bath Tub bottom was pitch black from standing water over the years. Hot water and clean sheets though! Breakfast included ONLY consisted of a waffle machine and coffee. You get what you pay for :/"

"Dirty room. Stains on chair and bed, sticky floor. Weird smell in lobby and room. "

"My stay was very nice! The staff was friendly, the room was clean, the ac worked great and breakfast was ready on time, plentiful and good. I do not have anything negative to say about my stay! I will be back. "
