"Amazing staff service. My partner fell unwell on the train and we booked this hotel in ‘emergency’ fashion. Reception staff gave us a room upgrade, insisted on sending a steady supply of herbal tea and fruit to our room,"

"We had a great experience staying at the Picaflor Tambo Guest House. It was a nice, quaint place to stay, and the employees were very sweet and helpful. The rooms were clean, the breakfast was delicious, and the skylight view of the sky and mountains was incredible. Highly recommend!"

"Good location , friendly staff."

"Travelers beware, while the owner seemed nice, he kept asking for payment despite paying through the app. When checking out in the morning, he once again asked us to pay and had to explain again that it was already paid through the app. Property is not like the pictures, clearly the pictures have been enhanced to look better. Everything looked and felt dirty. There was a cat and a dog at reception, the couch seemed very old and dirty. We had no water during our whole stay, owner said we would...

"I really liked the staff, each of them. They ask me in advance when I’d have my meal, they are attentive, and they’re kind and honest people. The dog and cats at this property contributed to a friendly atmosphere as well."
