"I think parking and towels should be included in the price. Parking on the street was crazy and not necessary. We should not have to think about towels on vacation. Julia, Maria and Pietro at the front desk were welcoming and so helpful with suggestions. They all went above and beyond with detailed directions parking, costs for parking, timing for crowds and great dinner options. I would gladly return and recommend it to family and friends. "NÃO VENHAM PARA ESTÁ HOSPEDAGEM!! Desde a chegada fomos cobrados injustamente com valores absurdos! Não pudemos utilizar a piscina, cortaram a água do chuveiro após um banho, se negaram a ofertar o mesmo café da manhã dos demais para nós (pedimos pão e ovo que os demais hóspedes estavam consumindo e para nós foi dito que não teríamos, ficamos sem entender até agora) o quarto possui uma colchão velho que saímos com as costas destruídas.
