"Very clean room! Smelled amazing! Loved the products that they had. Front desk was very friendly and very helpful they gave us really good recommendations and advice to stay away from tourist traps which was greatly appreciated! Would definitely stay here again and would recommend to others! They also have bikes on property that you can use if you would like to explore a little bit more of the city!"

"lokasi strategis, tempatnya sangat bagus dan nyaman, staff nya sangat ramah, breakfast nya sederhana tetapi menyenangkan"

"This place is like heaven."

"High class hospitality! This property was BEAUTIFUL, and the best service staff I’ve ever experienced. The amenities such as the morning breakfast with a view were a highlight to our trip. We also came while they had a free shuttle which was so helpful for getting into the city and back. The room was nice & clean. My only complaint was our room was very close to the road and the noise from traffic at night and early in the morning really affected our sleep. I would stay here again but perhaps...

"The room was nice, the breakfast and setting were very lovely and we were able to park our car out front with a very minimal charge. The bus was quite handy as well."

"Nice place! Building and foyer made a great first impression. Check in was easy. Room was huge, generally clean, feels authentic Italian, with the ceiling fresco and fancy trim work, and very well equipped (comfy bed, mini fridge, kitchen in the room, tv, dining table, pull out couch, lots of electrical outlets, lots of configurable lighting). Nice garden at the back of the property for chilling out. I liked the honesty bar in the lobby, where you can note the items you drank and pay later,...

"The room was spotless, and a really nice place to spend some of our trip to Florence. The hot tub was an added bonus that we ended up using most nights! The hosts were very helpful and let us know if they needed to access the room for any reason. Cleaning was completed every day while we were out, which meant we could have a lie in if we wanted to. Only minor thing we noted was that there didn't seem to be any hand soap in the property, however it was no problem as there was a shop just down...

"The beautiful room was in a great neighborhood - easy to get to and within walking distance of so much! The room was gorgeous, large and very comfortable. I highly recommend."
