"Check in/out was fast and easy, receptionists were always friendly. Nice short stroll to Long Jetty for a bbq and walk. Building is fairly new, room was clean and comfortable. Access to Diggers for meals, as the hotel itself doesn't have the facilities. We were placed on level 2, so we were woken up by people heading back to their room from Diggers (10 mins of conversation and laughter). I suggest they place families on other floors. "

"To our surprise we were set up in the Elysia side of Oaks Cypress but still spent a lot of time back and forth between both areas. The Oaks were more than happy to cater to us and were very friendly and helpful - the shuttle service is very handy. Thank you! Looking forward to our next stay! "
