"It was nice to have a crib provided and it served its purpose. The room was nice, however, I feel like a bit more attention to housekeeping (dish towel was tattered and had human hair wound up in it); the carpeted floors weren't thoroughly vacuumed (our 15 mo old daughter is good at finding little bits of debris and hair that didn't belong to us); the dishwasher wasn't secured in its place, but it was still functional. The staff was kind and helpful We just did some grab and go for some baked...

"Very run down, bathroom had stains, very old furniture. Breakfast only had a large container of water (which was pink in color-I notified the staff but they didn't do anything) for individual oatmeal packets. Have to take out your own trash or get fined, side doors opened upon my arrival, very loud, can hear every step if you stay on 1st floor. This is for more for people who are staying more long term, not recommended."

"Everything was great check in was quick. The young blonde guy at check in was very nice I didn’t catch his name. We had only a few issues our bathroom light and outlets weren’t working but front desk got it fixed. The pillows had absolutely no support my neck hurt the next morning and a couple of the towels had hair on them. "

"Very spacious, a lot of seating in common areas. The staff was friendly and the rooms were nice. The breakfast was one of the bests I’ve had at a hotel! "

"Great hotel, very clean and nice with easy access parking. The only negative was the pool being closed the weekend we were there for maintenance. Very disappointing for my kids after a long day at the zoo, but we still had a nice time."

"Very low water pressure. Shower gel pump bottle was empty. Bathroom door slides and doesn’t shut all the way. There was no chair in the room. But, the hotel is cute, historic, and with some attention could be a popular spot. The courtyard outside where weddings are held is lovely and makes a good atmosphere for wedding. "
