Very run down, bathroom had stains, very old furniture. Breakfast only had a large container of water (which was pink in color-I notified the staff but they didn't do anything) for individual oatmeal packets. Have to take out your own trash or get fined, side doors opened upon my arrival, very loud, can hear every step if you stay on 1st floor. This is for more for people who are staying more long term, not recommended.

This was the absolute worst hotel I have ever stayed at! Upon pulling out the hidabed I found blood soaked sheets on a bed that looked like it had not been cleaned in months! I then went to the front desk and asked for new sheets because of said blood and she said the only way I could sheets was to go back to room get the sheets and bring them back down! I said no thank you to that and asked for a bag and gloves and new sheets! I got the new sheets got the old ones bagged and got settled into bed! 15 minutes later the front desk attendant was at my door mind you it’s now 11:30pm asking for the sheets then proceeds to enter my room to look at the bed that was already made!! They did ask at that point if we wanted to change rooms but I explained to her that it was almost midnight and we needed to be up and out by 615am! So again do not stay here they do not clean nor do they take care of their patrons!! 0/10 the owners need to come in and look how that buisness is being ran!! It’s disturbing and I will be asking for a refund!!
After the sheet was removed this was on the actual mattress, tons of nasty crumbs!

No hair dryer, no streaming service just cable not even the option for it, room does not seem to be cleaned as I found a empty orange juice bottle when I went to plug in my charger. Counters and sink as well as microwave seemed to be have wiped drag, I had to Wash sink before using it. Butter was left in the refrigerator so how can that been cleaned. Iordered food from GrubHub on the app it has the option to deliver to my room. Food was left at the front desk, no one was there when I went out there to pick it up anyone could have taken it. Not GrubHub's issue the delivery driver was told that they had to leave it at the front desk, no one called me from the front desk, it was the delivery driver who let me know that it was there Oven dial on stove had no Numbers on it so how do you know what temperature you're cooking at. Simple fix buy a new knob. None of the knobs actually had any writing on them at all but the burners you could kind of figure out. The grab and go breakfast is coffee, hot water mini muffins or oatmeal if you are lucky and there are still some. Fully equipped kitchens NO you have to go to the front desk to get anything you might need to cook in the kitchen. In my mind that is not a fully equipped kitchen there is no glasses silverware or anything in the unit itself not even napkins paper towels or a small coffee maker I stayed at other Extended Stay hotels and NEVER had these issues.

I did not had big expectations about the hotel when I booked because the price and because was an emergency. However, you get what you pay. The kitchen was good for cooking a meal. The living room was comfy and the bed was ok. They have a laundry and was nice that the dryer is free. They have vendor machines. The breakfast was a blue muffins, a microwave oatmeal, hot water for the coffee that was all. The heater was to hot. The tv is very basic, not an smart tv. Everything is very basic but for the price was good enough.

I’ve stayed in plenty of hotels over the years, but this was hands-down one of the most disappointing experiences I’ve had. After driving seven hours from Denver, exhausted and just wanting to check in and sleep, I was turned away because their own equipment couldn’t scan my ID. My ID is perfectly valid, yet because their scanner wasn’t working properly, they refused to check me in. No workaround, no effort, no common sense. Just “we can’t help you.” It was late, I was exhausted, and instead of staying at the hotel I had already booked, I had to go find another one. Completely unacceptable. Never again. If a hotel can’t even manage the basics—like checking in a guest who already has a reservation—then what’s the point? Skip this place and save yourself the frustration.

The one thing I would expect when I pay for a room with a kitchen is to have it basically stocked with essentials like plates, cooking pots and pans, cutlery, ect., having to piecemeal it through the front desk made me wish I would have called first and found a place that provided that. I would have paid a little more and be held accountable for those items in the room rather than try to find them elsewhere.
