The hotel was very clean and updated with comfortable beds. Breakfast was good and the person working the breakfast area was friendly and kept items full and area clean. The person at the front desk at check out was very friendly.

Staff was very helpful and friendly! Breakfast each day was fresh, good, and plentiful. The hotel and parking lot was very clean and accessible. Great location, quiet, and felt safe.

During our stay they did have a situation out of their control. But is a bummer to show up at 430 and still not able to check in. We had plans we wanted to get ready for and couldn't at the hotel. They also advertise to have a heated pool and a hot tub. There is no hot tub and the pool will pretty chilly. I also wish the shower would go hotter than it did. But the gentleman working the day of check in handled himself super well considering all that was going on.

Good day...I first want to say thanks to the young lady working the front desk. Next I was not impressed with the surroundings outside...23 beer cans overflowing in trash can...first impression was not good...short staffed...didn't have any towels in room...tried to get into the pool but door was jammed...finally with the help of 2 other people got in...our room was with an adjoining room which was occupied by a family...who had a upset baby that cried till 3 in the morning...ugh...just all the way around was not a good choice...probably will not use this hotel again...

I usually stay in IHG hotels, out of all the ones I recently stayed this one should be rated the cleanest Holiday inn. Very well maintained rooms and hallways.

Only had one towel in room one checked in so asked for towels they were brought up immediately, but unfortunately, I didn’t think to say I need washcloths. Also ice machine was broken. Was not told about this till we asked the next day. I thought it weird there were no curtains in the room the shade let in light from parking lot lights so room was never dark at night. The lady that worked the evening shift was excellent. She was a very hard worker seemed like maybe could’ve had an extra staff member there to help in the evenings. Breakfast was great. I’m sure sheets were clean, but looked like there w was some kind of stains on them.

I had stayed there a year and half ago. So I decided to stay there again. Because of the stay I had prior. The room was clean and all , but the room itself could have used some minor love. The rug needed a cleaning to get the gum spots up. The bathroom door didn’t want to close, and the upper bathroom light around the mirror was blown, the bottom light did work. Other than that it was an okay stay. The breakfast was good! The staff were nice. Lots of parking.

I booked a room with two queen beds and was given a room with a king size bed and a handicap shower. Also, my original room was on the second floor and they moved me to the main floor. Not sure what happened, but I would recommend never staying at this location.
