"I would give this hotel a zero star for staff if I could. We arrived only to not have a room. The lady helping us said she could see the reservation, but couldn’t access it. When I asked what they could do about it so we could stay, the other lady up front looked at us, rolled her eyes, and walked away. All the rooms were booked so we had to find another place to stay. "The pool is much smaller than pictures visualize. Staff was poliet. Our room was disgusting. Someone's sock was on the floor from previous visitors. Also alcohol bottle caps on the floor. Our phone wasn't even connected to the wall and there was no wires to plug it in. That is a security issue. Thankfully we had an attached room with family so we were able to use theres to call the front desk when someone decided to bang on our door at almost midnight. Definitely wouldn't book there again. "Dog friendly. Continental breakfast good. There was no shower gel in bathroom.No milk in breakfast room. I like the yellow chairs and weather channel news in breakfast room, as we were traveling through the area."
