"The room was great. The staff were extremely friendly. I had requested a crib in the room online, and it wasnt there when we checked in. We told the staff about the problem and within 5 minutes they brought one up for us. Amazing service and I will gladly stay here again when I visit Omaha."

"Beautiful hotel. Clean and rooms were great. Beds were super comfy. Only thing I could say needs improved is parking costing an additional $25 for the hotels garage. Also the housekeeping staff are very loud (shouting down the hall at each other) and block the hallways on both sides making it hard to get through. "

"When I got there the lady that checked me in on Monday Feb 16, 2026 was the nicest, best customer service I have ever had at a hotel. She checked me in quickly, made sure I knew everything and told me where my room was. This is the first hotel in Omaha that I have stayed at that the keycard actually worked the first time so I was grateful for that. The room was super clean and bathroom and the Shampoo, etc was Dove which was a nice surprise. The bed was super comfortable and clean. The breakfast was amazing and the coffee super good. Next time I go visit my daughter at College I am staying here! Wonderful visit, thank you all! "
