"Appears to be a quaint 60s or 70s era motel. Small kitchenette with microwave, fridge and sink but no stove. Room is small but adequate. Washroom faucets appear to be a bit worn as it was hard to control the water temperature. Shower water pressure was a bit low. Surprising number of amenities nearby including gas station and supermarket just down the street. Several eating establishments just beyond the gas station including decent Chinese takeout and even a fine dining restaurant. Just a...

"From arrival the host was amazing and while we requested a ground level room they had no idea our daughter uses a wheelchair and yet made it so easy for us to park our car. The motel is near the city but still so quiet and our NY's experience was amazing esp the fireworks display which was literally down the road. Clean facilities, great amenities and awesome for families even though there were only 3 of us. Thank you so the host and team who looked after us and made it a memorable stay ❤️ "

"A surprising find and well worth staying here in a quiet cul de sac. Not far from Tauranga central and other amenities. The owners were great and helped us navigate the area. Breakfast was more than ample, quite a feast."
