"The room smells like it has a bad drainage system. Once we enter the room and it smells like the toilet has been backed up. The fabric spray provided was useless. Attitude of staff were mixed, some discrimination were definitely present. Felt harrassed by the staff to settle the bill due to deciding to have extra guest in the room which we also had already decided to pay for. "

"Tout consideré, c‘était excellent. Chambre propre et spacieux. Staff aimable et prêt à venir en aide, bien situé. Bémols: il n‘y a que 3 lave-linges, partagées, et il y avait parfois de l‘achalandage. Aussi, il n‘y avait pas de chaises dans la chambre, et on n’était donc incapable de tous nous asseoir ensemble (nous étions 5). Il n‘y avait qu’un divan qui était bon pour 2."

"Wonderful apart-hotel, stayed 5 nights and did a day-trip to Hiroshima. Hotel was clean, everything worked, we used the washer-dryer every day, There are 2 subway lines a short walk away, lots of restaurants, temples, shrines and gardens you can walk to. Helpful front-desk staff, a free shuttle to the golden temple, discount on the chopstick making excursion which was fun, a perfect stay in a perfect hotel!"
