"I would stay here again if I ever return to Shinjuku, Tokyo Japan. The rooms are small but comfortable and clean, the staff are helpful and professional. I enjoyed the very large selection at the breakfast buffet and view from the 25th floor. The Hotel is a 14 minute walk to the main Shinjuku train station, the malls, restaurants and bars, 3 D Screen cat and Godzilla, Just far away from all the noise, the gov. building is 5 minutes away where projected light shows on the building are shown nightly. Easy access to Taxi and airport buses."

"Very pleasant stay in this hotel. The room was a good size for a short stay. Enjoyed the free ice creams! Kept missing the free ramen. Definintely don't recommend having one of the free Yakults unless you're used to having them on a regular basis - they're tasty, but, unless you have an iron stomach, you may need to find a loo quickly afterwards!! Didn't make use of the onsen on site - they dont accept those with tattoos, but we were kindly offered cover-ups for this, but we didn't really have time in the end anyway. A good location for getting around. Central but quiet, which was nice after a long day. Would stay here again."

"This hotel was a 3.5 stars. 1. This hotel is incredibly close to Shibuya station. It was on the less busy side which was a pro to me but still so easy to walk to different neighborhoods each day when I didn’t want to subway. It felt that everything (restaurants, shopping, etc) was near me and attainable which is great when staying in a completely new city. 2. The hair products were Refa (another pro - this is like Asian Dyson), however this contrasts not having in bathroom moisturizer or other typical amenities. While they were all available downstairs in the lobby, you have you use tiny packets of lotion which felt so far on the other side of the spectrum. 3. While the room does have a tiny kitchen and laundry, there was no where to hang the laundry to dry and so we had clothes hanging all over our room for days. Last - the beds and pillows were VERY uncomfortable. Hard as a rock with paper thin sheets that made you sweat overnight."
