"This hotel was absolutely perfect, and I will 100% be staying here again on my next trip to Tokyo. The room was equipped with so many thoughtful amenities, making it feel like a home away from home. They had clearly considered everything a traveller might need. If you take the time to read through the hotel's reviews, I am sure every review mentions the all the great amenities offered. Daily housekeeping was also available, which was a wonderful bonus. The facilities throughout the hotel were equally impressive. Having access to a 24/7 ice machine was such a nice touch and something I really appreciated during my stay. What stood out most was the exceptional service. Every staff member I encountered was professional, welcoming, and genuinely friendly. I had an extremely early check-out at 3:30am and was worried I might have to wait for assistance. However, as soon as I rang the bell, a staff member appeared almost instantly to help me. That level of attentiveness was truly impressive. The location is another major advantage. The hotel is conveniently situated between two train stations, making it incredibly easy to get around Tokyo. It's also only about a 20-minute walk to the heart of Shinjuku, while still allowing you to enjoy a quieter area to rest. I couldn't fault this hotel and would happily recommend it to anyone visiting Tokyo."

"The room was so clean, I assume it was also spacious by Tokyo standards. First time in a long time that the King sized bed actually matched the description. Totally welcoming and inclusive to us, a gay couple. Super centrally located: we walked everywhere. Across the street from a 7/11, 10 minute walk to the train station. I will say, if you don’t know, Kabuchiko where this is located (technically distinct from Shinjuku proper) is the Red Light District. Arrived late at night and found out that there is a lot of sexual soliciting in front of the hotel. This area is busy during the day and night, but the tone changes a lot. Hotel staff was kind and polite, they cleaned the room everyday. Amazing view from our room."

"Great value for the price. The hotel is located on a quiet street, but still within easy walking distance of convenience stores, a subway station, and several attractions, including the government building. The room isn’t particularly large, but it’s laid out well and gets the job done. One thing I appreciated was the space under the bed for storing luggage, which helped keep the room from feeling too cramped. The bathroom is definitely on the small side, but it’s perfectly functional for showering and getting ready. The lobby is clean and welcoming, and overall the hotel offers everything you need for a comfortable stay without unnecessary extras. If you’re looking for a convenient, affordable place in a good location, this is a solid choice."
