"The property was AMAZING. Awesome pool and fully equipped kitchen. There were 2 things that bothered us during the trip. There wasn’t any body shampoo and hair shampoo as promised. The other thing was the fan that wasn’t working at the living room. That bothered us A LOT, as that living room-kitchen-dining hall area was really really warm starting from afternoon till late night due to all the heat trapped inside. "Actually, we reserved 3 nights but have no choice but to leave after one night. 1. Management: - So many big spiders, mosquitos, and other bugs. The spiders we saw in the room are found to be venomous from the internet. We could not sleep because of many mosquitos. "The complimentary breakfast was amazing and big! $10 motor bike rental for a full day offered onsite. Lunches and dinners wasn’t expensive at all. We got a flat tire on the motor bike one day. Called the resort and the sent someone to help us and called us a taxi which they covered. Also waved the daily rental fee for that day. Would definitely recommend Ocean Bay and already talking about when we would like to return!"
