"Lovely hotel and Friendly staff. Excellent breakfast, as long as you use the restaurant in the 8th floor. What i did not like was our seaview suite for 2 adults and 2 children did not have an extra bed for the children. This has to be booked at an extra cost in advance,something we did not realize until we arrived. As with most big resorts people behave bad trying to secure subnbeds both at the beach and pool,but the hotel staff did do their best to prevent guests from holding sunbeds without...

"This resort is magnificent! The sunsets are dreamy! The staff is so lovely, especially Lucy and An whom made our stay extra special. Breakfast is so yummy and our ocean view room with a view is gorgeous and tranquil. The grounds are meticulous and gorgeously tropical. We absolutely loved our stay!"

"Not 5* resort,good 4 stars with varieties of breakfast,bad odours mostly every days ( stay for one week) technical problems btw very good price per night,beach well maintained,some live activities in week end .very good view from our room (residence side) Aura beach club did not respect the reservations, we end up to eat every night in Islander restaurant ( very nice staff and service), Movenpick could not compare with 5 * intercontinental resort,Anantara,AnNam in VN or Dusit Thani in Bangkok.
