"Clean, elegant room that surpassed our expectations. The only thing we did not like is the shower and toilet are together in the same space - often leaving th toilet wet from shower spray. Otherwise, good hotel."

"The interior is even more luxurious and beautiful than the photos suggest. The staff’s English proficiency is excellent—their pronunciation is clearer and easier to understand compared to other hotels in Ho Chi Minh City. The service provided by the staff in both the executive lounge and the restaurant was delightful. While the points I am about to raise are mostly minor details, I would be very happy to see them improved during future stays.
