Hotel Mewah di Ho Chi Minh City

"The room was big and very clean in a great location inside the Apartment Cafe building. The only downside for me was that a cafe was right above the unit and starting at about 7:30am each morning I could hear the noise from above. If you are normally awake at that time it probably wouldn't bother you because the cafe closes at 10pm and is quiet at night but I usually wake up later than 7:30am. The check-in and communication was great."

"The staffwere good the room was great. The only 2 issues we had were at breakfast it as abit disjointed with staff not clearing empty tables and replacing cutlery for the next person. And upon arrival we got dropped off at a local taxi area next door nude to no taxis at lobby door and no staff to post the way."

"Another wonderful stay at The Reverie Saigon! This is my third time staying here in two years and it is one of my favourite hotels in Asia, however, no one seemed to know that I had stayed multiple times. I believe it would have been nice touch to see the appreciation of my loyalty returned with an acknowledgement that I have stayed multiple times. I would have thought a hotel of this caliber would have this information in advance and inform the staff. Even a personalized note saying welcome...

"Nice staffs and clean room"

"Great location that's close to pretty much everything. Good size and modern rooms, attentive and very helpful multilingual staff, fresh tasty snacks available for guests in the foyer pretty much all day and high quality cleaning. Overall a great place to stay in HCMC and excellent value. The only real downside was that the pillows are shockingly uncomfortable."

"Staff can be more detailed oriented and customer focus"

"Our stay at The Reverie Saigon was absolutely amazing. From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the beautiful design, luxurious atmosphere, and attention to detail throughout the hotel. The service was exceptional. Every staff member we met was friendly, professional, attentive, and genuinely welcoming. They made us feel special and well taken care of throughout our entire stay. The location is perfect for exploring Ho Chi Minh City, with many great restaurants, shopping areas, and...

"This is my third time at the Silverland Sil Hotel. The staff are consistently friendly and professional. The property is always clean. The gym is in good condition. The jacuzzi is always appreciated. The air conditioning in my room is consistently cold. And whenever I return from lunch, the cleaning lady never fails to tidy up my room and give me fresh towels. I definitely plan to return in the near future."

"Location was great, could walk to just about anything you would want to see. Staff were helpful and friendly and the rooftop was nice"

"スタッフの対応が親切"

"Amazing hotel, loved everything about it. The staff were very helpful and courteous, they were always willing to help with bags and any requests. I highly recommend this hotel and will stay again when in HCMC. Breakfast and afternoon tea were included, and was exceptional."

"One of the best hotels I’ve stayed at! Not only were they super attentive but we had a little bit of a mix up in the beginning but they went above and beyond to get everything situated but also threw in extras to make up for the mix ups."

"スタッフの方がとても丁寧で好感触でした。ホテルのお部屋もいい匂いがしますし、お掃除も行き届いておりました。"
