The Coonamessett
6/10 Okay
"Staff was great. Very Quiet. Comfortable bed.
It was tough to get to our unit - lots of stairs and far from the parking lot. The two chairs in the room were awful - uncomfortable and hard to get out of. No tea or coffee pot in the room. Shower had a half door - water leaked onto the floor."

Margaritaville Resort Cape Cod
10/10 Excellent
"My kids enjoyed themselves, I"

Hilton Garden Inn Plymouth
10/10 Excellent
"Friendly, helpful staff"

Seaport Resort & Marina
2/10 Terrible
"Quite possibly the WORST hotel "resort" or lack there of! Beautiful view and convenient location. I've asked to speak with the management twice since we've checked out, and no one has followed up. Do yourselves a favor and do not stay here. It felt like we were in an abandoned hotel. American horror story! I would love it if management would call back and give me some sort of refund whether partial or full. $200 for a low grade "resort" is repulsive. I am always traveling and I will never return and I will continue to tell my story until they reach out and rectify this! They should be ashamed!"

Hampton Inn & Suites Plymouth
10/10 Excellent
"very well maintained, staff super friendly"

Hotel 1620 Plymouth Harbor
4/10 Poor
"We have stayed here many times after getting married here in 2020. The splash pad and pool is perfect for our 2 young children. This last stay was probably our least favorite stay. The hotel is under major renovations which we didn't know about until we arrived.
During our stay there was a dryer lint fire that filled the hotel with heavy smoke. my family and I were napping on the 4th floor where the smoke detectors failed to sound. We only got out of the building cause I awoke to the smell of smoke. Checked the hallway and saw the emergency lights flashing but no alarm sounding. Called the front desk no answer then looked outside to find several fire trucks and first responders. I woke up my family and we ran down the stairs as the fire fighters were running up them.
very scary to stay somewhere that had malfunctioning fire alarms especially somewhere we love to return to. If the fire had not been contained we could have had a very serious situation. Will never stay anywhere unless we are on the 1st floor after this experience."

John Carver Inn & Spa
8/10 Good
"Room was clean. Did not care for sliding door to bathroom which was jamming up and very hard to open/close and very loud. Not to mention offers no privacy with little kids who open the door since it can't be locked. My 2 yr son would not stay out of the bathroom, not safe for toddlers.
We originally were staying at hotel 1620 r9r the pool and splash pad/slides which had a fire. We then got a room at the John Carver for the pool with water slide which slide was not open the first day as no lifeguard was on duty with a pool full of kids. Very disappointing as that is why we choose this hotel instead of calling our trip short and going home.
hotel is under renovations so it was extremely noisy during our stay from loud banging and buzzing due to using machinery for the remodel."

AutoCamp Cape Cod
10/10 Excellent
"The airstreams are a fantastic change from staying in a hotel room. It had everything we needed for a wonderful 2 night stay. Loved the set up and the clubhouse amenities. We took advantage of the 2 hours complimentary bike rental, music in the evening, and yoga in the morning. The best part is coming home smelling like campfire, like we went camping without all the hassle of camping. "

Whaler Inn and Suites
6/10 Okay
"Renovated older hotel. Renovation is ongoing but nice. No closet or anywhere to hang clothes."
