"Room was generally shabby and well-worn. Distressed furniture & bed rails falling off. Housekeeping failed to refresh coffee service. "

"The room was musty & dusty. Pillows were good, bed ok, bedding was poor.. Staff was friendly in all areas, easy fast check in. "

"Staff was pleasant if a bit aloof. Location is convient to shopping, dining and the highways but it is just off a VERY busy road, which is not my preference. Room condition was not great. Bathroom door handle was falling off so door didn’t latch. The kitchen hood fan had a sign on it indicating to open a window if you cooked. Very warm at first, but we were able to turn the furnace down. Some rowdy neighbors in the hall. Also the outside entrances from the parking lot had key slots but were just unlocked all night so anyone could come in and out. "

"The room was clean and nice. There was no staff at the main desk everytime I went there. I saw one staff for my entire stay. No housekeeping services. There were cigarette butts all over the ground at the side door, like someone dumped the cigarette disposal and never cleaned it up. It was there for at least 24 hours. "
