"My brother in law and I did have a confrontation with a guy off the street who should Not have been inside, we couldn’t understand what he wanted and he finally left ! I would not have wanted my Daughter to have had that problem! "

"Housekeepers were way too loud in the morning at 8am. There were 2 talking loudly in the hall that woke us up. Some people like to sleep in!! We also had no soap in the shower. The pump bottle was empty."

"Parking lot was full of holes. The hotel was dirty in the hallways and kinda smelled. The beds were ok however the light in the bathroom is hooked up to a very noisy fan. There was no glasses in the bathroom. The view out our window was of the dumpster . The breakfast offered was coffee. There was nothing else but coffeee. The whole hotel needs a whole makeover. Will not be staying there ever again. "

"We do lots of road trips and stop driving when we get tired - the rooms along 90 are meh. The rooms at the Del Lago are lovely / well appointed, comfy bed, - feels luxurious - a great rate whether the you gamble or not."

"Pet friendly hotel, although no specific amenities like a dog waste station outside. The location on the lake next to the Welcome Center can’t be beat. Plenty of parking. The rooms are a bit tired and need renovating. The leather banquette in my room had a tear in it. The outside of the windows were absolutely covered in cobwebs and dead flies. The toilet bowl was scratched. There was a microwave (nice!) but no refrigerator. Lovely staff and I didn’t hear a lot of noise through the walls. "

"The front desk staff was extremely helpful in accommodating our shifting travel plans. The Sunday breakfast was delicious, and the dining rooms were lovely. The studio room suited our needs perfectly with the kitchenette being super handy. "

"I expected a much higher level of finish for the room, but it was certainly worked on and stayed in and it showed quite a bit. Couch had stains, walls showed patches, bathroom floor needs a better cleaning job... Just mid for what I paid. "

"The room we reserved was unavailable due to heat issues. The replacement in the Vinifera suites was marginal. The bedspread was too small, exposing the mattress. The overall experience was mediocre. We have been coming to Belhurst for over 40 years. This may have been our last visit"

"A lovely house that played modern furnishings and wall hangings against a backdrop of nineteenth century architecture. Rooms are a good size and light-filled. The overall effect is calming with a touch of funky. Great location."

"Made reservation through 3rd party. Office had no record of it when I was checking in. I had to show that my account was debited for the rental. Area is very crowded with RVs. Was greeted by campers yelling at me to slow down, even though I was doing the tmph speed limit. Not a good environment if you don't have an RV."
