"Everything was amazing from start to finish. Check in was a breeze and the clerk was super helpful and friendly. The room by far exceeding my expectations. I was on the 17th floor and the view was gorgeous, and it was considered the less expensive city view vs the more expensive view of the CN tower. The room was very clean and well maintained. I ordered uber eats and they didn't provide utensils so a quick call to concierge and she offered to have them delivered to the room or for me to walk...

"Brutal customer experience - I checked in and they informed me that they were going to have a planned power outage from 11pm to 11am (the entire time I was going to stay there). Since booking, they had sent me 2 emails about offerings and things I could do while at their hotel but failed to mention that we would be without power / hot water / gym or pool access / food service for the entirety of my stay. They said I was going to get a refund for the troubles but I have still not received...
