"Staff was incredible! So friendly and helpful every time. Hotel is clean and beautiful. Only very minor complaint, is the walls are very thin and we could hear our neighbors baby crying. Not something that would prevent us from returning!"

"It was a great place to stay with my family for my 4-year-old twin's birthday, and there were a lot of activities to do such as yoga, pilates, kids activities, and among all other things. Not to mention the road trip that we’ve taken to Hana, which was very nice and fun."

"I think this was our 4th stay at the Andaz in the last couple of years (each time we come, we stay for at least a week). Service-wise, the staff is fantastic and most of the staff even remember us from prior visits and are wonderful. I am surprised that the front desk always seems to be overwhelmed. We had asked to be in the building overlooking the adult pool and were told there were no rooms available. Although we had paid for an oceanfront room, the room we received was on the lowest...

"My room was less expensive than rooms at nearby properties. Thats probably because the room was very small and had no view. That was fine by me. I just wanted a clean and comfortable place to sleep, and this fit the bill. Location was fantastic, literally steps to a sandy beach. I would stay again. "
