Got served then the bloke disappeared, returned once to serve the other couple after a long wait then didn’t reappear till 1145 to announce that its midnight and that the bar is shut and ‘no you can’t have another coffee’. "We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The rooms are amazing and very clean. The hotel is in a quiet area which we liked. We chose this hotel as it’s in a quiet area, as I unfortunately have stage 4 Cancer, so wanted somewhere where we could rest and relax. This place definitely fitted that. The food is also amazing, as are the staff. The staff were all very helpful and were very accommodating, especially as we don’t speak fluent Dutch. We are already planning our next stay at Christmas! "Bei unserer Ankunft erhielten wir ein Zimmer , in dessen Badezimmer der Abluft Ventilator so laut pfiff, dass trotz geschlossener Tür an Schlaf nicht zu denken war. Einen Zimmertausch verneinte die Rezeption mit der Begründung das Hotel sei ausgebucht. Nach der dritten Reklamation war dann doch ein Upgrade möglich. Wir finden den Kundenservice fraglich, da keinerlei Kulanz gezeigt wird, obwohl wir angeboten hatten , das Zimmer zu behalten und für die folgenden Tage die Mehrkosten zu...
