On the day of visit, the hotel staff told that there was no such booking confirmed from there end and there is no such agreement between this online site Hotels.com. At that time, even no support staff available at your end. Very very disappointed experience.

Sterling Ooty Elk Hill
Disappointed with the facilities inside the room. For the price charged for the room stay per night it was bad facilities. Bed was sagging, sofas were super sagging. Room service was not good. Not worth a stay for the value of my money.

It’s an excellent new hotel and well maintained property. Courteous staff and immaculate house keeping. Food at Buffet breakfast and dinner is quite extensive and tasty.
