"Very disappointing experience at B Ocean Resort.
We stayed at the hotel for 10 days (Room 383), and unfortunately, the longer we stayed, the more issues we discovered. During our stay, a shirt was taken from our room. I reported it immediately, and was personally assured by the hotel manager, Jalicia Brooks, both in person and via email, that the issue would be handled within a few days. Since then, I have been completely ignored despite multiple follow-ups — which says a lot about how guest issues are actually handled here.
The hotel also advertises parking, but “forgets” to mention that it costs $60 per day — with no reasonably priced alternatives nearby. This is something guests should absolutely be aware of in advance.
As for the rooms, they are decent, but housekeeping was unreliable. On multiple occasions, our room was simply not cleaned, and we had to go out of our way to request basic service.
Overall, this stay felt far below expectations. Between poor communication, lack of accountability, and hidden costs, I would not recommend this hotel."
