"The hotel overall was great. Room 232 was lacking. The lights in the bathroom was malfunctioning, so once the light was on, it was left on because we couldn't get it to come back on if turned off. Shower had the obligatory shampoo and conditioner attached to the wall, but no body wash. No body wash is fine, but they also had no shelves to put the bar soap. "Nice hotel and staff. Room with king bed was clean, quiet and functional. The room was a little smaller than most that we've stayed in. The mattress was firm and not as comfortable as we had hoped so we didn't sleep great. That was our only complaint."

"Needs more large luggage carts. Only has one. Internet connectivity is terrible! Recumbent bike seat jiggles when riding making it impossible to go very fast. Not much sound insulation between floors."

"Limited inexpensive hotels to stay at in Auburn so you can end up staying in okay to poor hotels. This Quality Inn is actually a motel. Floors have been updated & bed is fine but other things in room aren’t updated. Breakfast is mainly breads. Was fine for one night. If have a choice, won’t stay here again."

There were a lot of people waiting on rooms well past check-in time. I booked a double queen room and it still wasn’t ready at almost seven and we had children to get to bed so I took the only option I was given and had my whole family in one bed.
