"The hotel is situated in a very well-located area, close to restaurants and shops. The beach is directly across from the hotel, featuring many restaurants right on the sand where you can enjoy the beautiful view. The staff members are very cordial—from the valet parking attendants and the reception team to the restaurant staff and the housekeeping personnel who constantly ensure the room is kept in perfect condition."

"Das Zimmer war extrem staubig und nicht ordentlich gereinigt. Kaffee, Tee und neue Handtücher gab es unterschiedlich je nachdem wer aufgefüllt hat. Mal gab es Milch oder Kaffee, mal nicht. Handtücher gab es auch mal nur zwei. Die Mitarbeitende waren sehr freundlich. Beim Frühstück war häufig nicht aufgefüllt, die Kaffeemaschine defekt oder die Tische nicht abgeräumt. Insgesamt waren wir nicht zufrieden und werden das nächste Mal wieder im Mercure Hotel an der Promenade des Anglais übernachten. "

"A lovely hotel in an excellent situation on Promenade des Anglais. The staff were friendly and helpful and the breakfast buffet was the best we've experienced. The buses and trams made it easy to get around and explore Nice and run frequently near the hotel. We really enjoyed our stay and certainly hope to return soon."

"The location was super convenient in terms of proximity to the station, restaurants and a short walk to the beach and shops. The room was of a good size and the bed was very comfortable. My only complaints were: The room we had was right near the sign for the hotel and the blinds weren’t easy to block to the light out. The room/floor appeared to have a plumbing issue.
