"Zum zweiten Mal war für uns im Palazzo Rosenthal wohlfühlen und im Urlaub zu Hause fühlen angesagt. ALLE sind sehr, sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und immer engagiert, kleinste Problemchen schnell zu beheben. Außerdem scheinen unsere Wünsche auf der Stirn gestanden zu haben, denn alles wurde wieder zuvorkommend und „special“ für uns möglich gemacht. La posizione della struttura è davvero strategica, perfetta per visitare Pompei: si trova a due passi sia dagli ingressi degli scavi archeologici che dalla stazione della Circumvesuviana, rendendo ogni spostamento estremamente comodo. La camera per quattro persone era ampia, pulita, confortevole e dotata di tutto il necessario per un soggiorno piacevole. Un plauso speciale va al personale, sempre impeccabile, gentile e disponibile ad accontentare qualsiasi richiesta...

"DO NOT BOOK IT! Address of property is incorrect! Zero information about HOW to enter property! We had to have police help us contact owners to enter property. Hotel office states they don’t rent property on Expedia. RIDICULOUS. STAFF COUld NOT BOOK TAXI FOR US. FELT AS THO WE ENTERED THE TWILIGHT ZONE AND XOULD NOT LEAVE. HORRIBLE. Lastly, tried to insist we pay VAT tax TWICE. SO HORRIBLE. STREETS nearby are not appropriate for travelers wheeling suitcases looking for property...

Chambre d'une propreté excellente, lit matrimonial très confortable, frigo, machine à café et thé, tv, chauffage ,salle de bain très spacieuse, douche grande ,bidet, tout brille par la propreté. Zone tranquille, silencieuse, a 10 mînutes à pieds du centre et vous marchez tranquillement en sécurité même pendant le soir.Service impeccable offert avec plein de disponibilité ,gentillesse et grande attention aux détails . Petit déjeuner au sachets...
