"From checking in was easy, staff were always nice and helpful. Breakfast was great! they put different stuff out and very welcoming. The pool area was nice and enjoyable, walking distance was just about 15mins to actually be inside downtown Disney. Will stay again."
"This was the worse hotel experience we have ever had. I’ve stayed here a few times over the years and it has really changed. The room we were given was filthy, the walls were broken (yes broken parts on the walls) the bathroom looked like it hadn’t ever been cleaned, and it over all had a war torn building over all feel. We travelled with a friend and their door had been kicked in while we were at the parks and the response from the management was “we don’t have cameras” and they told us to just call the police.
This place is run down and those photos you see of the rooms were taken at least 10 years ago. Inside the suites it might look ok but the suite was the door that was kicked in and management just shrugged it off.
I’m never staying here and I recommend you don’t either unless you want potential "
"As we pulled in to check in around 4:30 pm, our hotel room was ready. Daily parking rate was $35 plus tax so for 2 nights that added on a good chunk of $80. When we arrived to our room and washed our hands, sink wasn’t draining and notified front desk. For our next day shower, tub kept filling like a bath. Room was clean and beds were good size and comfy. Overall good hotel proximity to Disneyland about 2 blocks."
