"This is always our go to hotel. Friendly staff, safe property, clean and amenities are great. Food is good and Starbucks down stairs. "

"I love that this hotel takes out our garbage and dirty towels daily and gives us fresh towels! And they do full housekeeping every three days. We were there 7 days, so twice we came back to the hotel exhausted and found our rooms clean and the beds made with the kids stuffed animals arranged on the beds. So nice! We had two rooms, one had a kitchen with a full size fridge, which is something I love during a Disneyland vacation. The other had a little sitting area separated with a railing that was fun. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub and the kids play area in the lobby. Breakfast was great, lots of waffle makers, fresh fruit, pastries, and our grandkids were very happy that there was "rainbow cereal". And it is not too far of a walk to Disneyland. Thanks for a fun stay!"

"Everything except WIFI is exceptional. The staff are awesome. Maybe because of room location, the WiFi signal is very unstable and dropping in and out"

"On the second night, we came home from the park to find a cockroach in our room. When I brought this to the attention of the front desk, they told me they had no other rooms for us, and we could check out early if we wanted. Being that we had flown in, had no car and it was 10:00 PM we ended up having to stay. They offered a slight discount on that night's rate and then asked if I could come back from the park and move all of our stuff to the new room at an early enough time so that they could rebook the room we were leaving. Rooms in general are small. 2 double beds with tthe dresser and small table, and you won't fit much else. "
