"I left to early to have the breakfast "

"The ADA room I booked was easy to access. The overall condition was good, but the floors in my room were filthy. They must have missed mopping it. I wore my slippers around the room. I booked a 5 night stay. They serviced my room after 2 days (I had posted the do not disturb on those days). When I returned, the bed was made, trash out, and dirty towels removed. However they did not refresh the coffee. I had to go to the front desk for coffee. The staff was very pleasant and helpful. I did not...

"We stayed for 6. Nights the TV was really bad. The signal was terrible they used Dish in the rooms. Otherwise, safe, clean and good service."

"Booked double queen bed room , front desk gave a room only has one queen bed. When I go back and asked front desk , then I was told since we booked through Expedia, they don’t have double queen bed for us anymore. They were not being honest and didn’t even to bother to tell me the room is no longer available when I checked in."

"I have stayed at this property before without issue. This time was the exception. On my first evening I had a heavy leak in the bathroom. All of my toiletries and cosmetic bags were soaked and I had to quickly move to another room. When I checked out I mentioned this to the clerk who didn’t seem to have any knowledge of the matter. I would have thought it would have been documented. This property is in need of some TLC. "

"Property is more recently renovated than is shown in photos here. It was a pleasant surprise. The pool and lounge areas were lovely and the breakfast beginning at 6am was perfect to catch before my early flight. Nice easy 10 minute drive to the airport. "

"Staying at this hotel for 4 nights was great. The staff were all professional and friendly. The food at both the breakfast buffet and Max's was exceptional. I have been to hotel's like the Fairmont Kea Alani and although you don't get the ocean views you still sense the Aloha spirit."

We booked an Executive King Suite, and the room was impressively clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The staff truly made our stay memorable. Everyone we interacted with was cordial, respectful, and extremely helpful. Their professionalism and kindness stood out. Breakfast was superb....
