Dirty underwear and condom wrappers in the hallway. If we hadn’t gotten there as late as we did, I would not have stayed."

"The property has a great all inclusive breakfast and also love the fact that they have an outdoor pool since the neighboring hotel doesn't. I've stayed here in the past when visiting family near by and haven't been disappointed. "Air conditioner did not work in our room. Went down to get a key to check on another room and there were people in 2 other rooms who had the same issue. In our second room, the air conditioner worked, but the night before we left, the toilet started leaking and had a big puddle on the floor. Hotels everywhere need to step up their game and update their facilities if they are going to charge that much money."

"Being in a cellular dead zone, the Hotel should have a robust WiFi system, but it does not. The only location that you could adequately connect was in the breakfast area downstairs during the breakfast hours. The Hotel now has a policy in which they do not clean rooms or provide clean towels unless you are staying more than three nights. "Our room wasn’t offered clean towels for two days. Our bed wasn’t made timely during day hours while we were out. Some receptionists weren’t very friendly: just overall experience wasn’t the best. We’ve stayed here every year for the past 3. This was the worst yet experience."
