"Room was ok for our 2 nights, but would be small for longer stay of 4 persons. The biggest problem was access, we could not park near and even if we would have that opportunity, it would still mean to take all our baggage via 2 elevators plus stairs as it is built in steep hill. Receptionist was very friendly and went down to wait for us, otherwise we would not find it."

"The room is very simple. And it's about 10 minutes away from reception. When we arrived we immediately smelled a bad odour, as if it had been closed for a long time. "Check in was a nightmare. The instructions I received to collect the keys sent me to the wrong place. Luckily the lady there was so helpful and she told me where to go. Once checked in I couldn’t find the entrance to the property or the garage. I had to ask a shop keeper to tell me where the garage was. The apartment was very good and had just been renovated. "El apartamento fue horrible para empezar la puerta hacia la entrada del apartamento estaba como forzada,la puerta principal abierta 24h.Nada mas entrar una peste a tuberia/cloaca toda la casa tube que comprar ambientadpr y una vela .Piertas media rotas no se podia ni cerrar biien ,estubimos 8 dias sin lavadora ,estantes se la nevera rajadas ,congelador todo lleno de hielo,telarañas ppr todos sitios.Encima te piden que revises el apartamento las 4h primeras por si hay defectos que ellos ya sabran...

"Los encargados de la propiedad me cambiaron de apartamento con pocos días de anticipación a mi llegada. Les expliqué la razón por la cual me debía quedar en la locación original pero no les importó, ya que sobrevendieron ese espacio. Me mandaron a un lugar 20 km de distancia de donde iba a realizar mis actividades. Es una completa decepción, espero que a nadie más le hagan lo mismo ya que arruinaron mi estancia en Andorra. Una vergüenza!!"
