"Check-in was quick and easy, and the woman at the front desk was genuinely kind and welcoming—easily the highlight of my stay. Unfortunately, the positives stopped there. The property itself feels very dated, with a rough entrance and parking lot. There were feral cats roaming the area, and it appeared that some long-term residents were frequently gathered outside. The room initially looked fine with a bed and full kitchen area, but that changed quickly after spotting two roaches in the bathroom. The TV which is maybe 24 inch had very limited channel options, and the ice machine wasn’t working—I had to walk all the way to the main office just to confirm that. I don’t like leaving negative reviews, but I also believe in being honest. Based on this experience, I wouldn’t choose to stay here again and wish I had paid closer attention to previous reviews. That said, the front desk staff member working that evening weekend shift once again was truly one of the kindest I’ve encountered. Sorry the room didnt match"
