"I stayed here for two nights when I was in town for a conference and had such a pleasant experience! The room was cosy and very nice and the staff were so delightful, friendly, and very helpful. The hotel is also in a great location that’s really walkable and close to streetcar stops. I also definitely took advantage of the free tea that was always available! Would gladly stay here again!"

"Lovely stay! The beds were pretty uncomfortable. They had quilted toppers and I had to request replacements for those. Otherwise everything was great. Love the restaurants downstairs in the free coffee in the morning!!"

"So we did pay for the cheapest room which at the time I didn't know meant communal bathroom/showers. That was a little sucky but other than that the room, the front desk and the building itself were all great. People were friendly and the coffee shop connected to it was incredible. Overall I'd rate it 4.5 out of 5."

"As soon as we arrived, we were greeted by a wonderful front desk lady with long blond hair (I forgot her name). She helped us with the check in process and explained everything clearly like the hotel amenities breakfast times etc bc it was our first time staying at this hotel. We got a room on a high floor with a beautiful city view. This was such a great addition to our wonderful memories in Portland. The room was quite big and had everything like a fridge, coffee maker etc. The bathroom was spacious and apparently it was remodeled and updated. What I loved the most was the shower system. After a long day, all I needed was a good shower! Will I stay at this hotel again? Yes absolutely!"
