Jot's Resort

"We booked one night and loved the room and view so we stayed another night. Very quiet and relaxing. The pool and hot tub were nice. We did not want to leave and decided to book a week in October and explore more of Gold Beach. No breakfast but the coffee is good and there is a store with drinks and snacks and a restaurant across the street."

"Room was clean, but very dark beds moved around from the wall. Overall, it was a nice place to stay continental breakfast basically waffles cereal muffins had problems getting in their side door with my card kind of hit and miss on opening the door. Most likely we would stay there again."

"The resort was clean and obviously an older property and outdated but I was extremely happy with the pool (very warm, my kid loved it), the view of the beach from our room was AWESOME and probably the best part of our stay. Great and friendly customer service from the staff and the breakfast was a great perk as well! Definitely worth the money we spent for the room and very happy with the location and cleanliness of the hotel. We would def stay here again if we come back to Seaside!!"

"The room was clean and comfortable. The staff was very kind. Parking was a horror. Parking is tight and very limited. We were looking forward to swimming and going in the hot tub. When we got there they informed us that the swimming pool and hot tub were out of service. They told me we could use the public pool at the community center for free. We were hoping to soak in the hot tub each night before bed. I plan on staying again next year we are hoping all of the stuff will be fix as it is coming under new ownership"

"Got the wraparound suite on a whim and had an amazing view of the city, river and bridge. Saw seals and sea lions off the deck. Nothing fancy,but huge room and a comfy ass bed. Would return"
