"There were some issues with the shower faucet because it wouldn't stay at the temperature. The handle would fall down. The water pressure was pretty bad. The faucet also had a constant drip. The breakfast was okay.The pool was nice for kids."

"Love the location. Easy to walk anywhere downtown. Parking was easy but the garage did fill up later in the night. We really enjoyed the rooftop patio. We stayed in the two bedroom suite. Everything was clean and comfortable. The pool was small and very busy with little kids, hot tub had a green hue to it but the water felt nice. Didn't seem dirty. "Just was “meh”. Not a $200 a night hotel. I don’t care that you have an insanely overpriced steakhouse attached. Rooms were small and when the air was on you could smell the age and the mustiness. Shower was tiny and strange. Won’t stay again. Staff was friendly. "

"The room was clean. The area around the pool was chaos with office chairs and such. Once when walking by the desk staff were talking about personal stuff using the f word. Overall this place is great and I would return. Breakfast is great and the breakfast staff were super on top of it. I only noticed the two things while I was there and I think desk staff could level up their professionalism and check on pool more frequently. "

"I was very disappointed to hear that all the recycling gets thrown in the trash. It’s misleading to people to have a recycle bin and trash bin in the room when the recycling does not occur."

"Hotel is clean and staff is friendly and welcoming. The location is great, walking distance to BSU and downtown. The gym, which is a major desire for my stay, is minimal equipment and not enough for my preference. The provided breakfast is standard, does have oatmilk as an option which is great, but I am gluten free so not a benefit to me. Overall I would stay here again. The bathroom light being tied to the main room not allowing the bathroom light to be on without disturbing your fellow room...
