"It was a wonderful room for a relaxing weekend. The view of the river and the ambiance of the fireplace were amazing."

"The staff was incredibly welcoming and friendly. The hot tub was great, clean, and warm. The hotel is under refurbishment and it does look like it needs it. The carpet is wearing/fraying in the room we stayed in and the furniture looks like it has been well worn. The hotel is close to the old mill district and we enjoyed a nice walk along the river after taking a short drive over to the river area. "

"The hotel room was large with great views but there were quite a few broken things, including the shower head and fireplace. Also the front desk seemed overwhelmed due to the fully booked weekend and so it was hard to get help. No towels at the pool and after calling we were told someone would be in with towels when things slowed down but eventually the pool was closing and we had to walk dripping back up to our room. I think they were understaffed for such a busy weekend but I probably wouldn’t...

"The property looks like it was Recently renovated, with good design and materials, however workmanship could have been better. The faucet in the bathroom sink wasn't securely attached and splashed water all over the counter. The electric outlet beside the bed not screwed to the wall. The barn door to the bathroom didn't have a bottom guide so flapped around. The USB charger outlets on both bedside lamps don't work. We only stayed one night."

"You do get what you pay for, so caveat emptor. The rate was cheap, close to where I desired, and had a clean bathtub. They advertised as pet friendly and I would describe the owners as pets tolerable. They charged $50 for two small dogs and they definitely are not dog people. They have an ill tended fenced lawn in front which had trash strewn about and no trash can for disposal of dog poop. The room was better than the exterior of the motel with some decent furniture and new curtains. The bed...

"Front desk staff is great, property was clean and well maintained. Restaurant had live music. We did not eat there. Cute little bar near front desk. The room was clean and updated. Surprisingly quiet. The bed was comfortable. We enjoyed a good night of rest. We would stay again. "
