"I would like to express my opinion, however I was able to stay due to I showed at midnight and my reservation started the following day at o'clock. I asked for amendment on my reservation and I was told very rude the have no rooms available: SO i crashed and spend the night sleeping in my truck I was too tire to drive around looking for another Hotel, the following day I was lucky and coordinated all my appointments for the same day by COB I called the hotel and Canceled my reservation. I will be back in a couple of weeks but I am going to use another Hotel. Your particular Hotel left a sour note. Thanks and very sorry ....... "

"clean room, always a good stay, just ran out of breakfast early"

"Massage chairs were a hit. Having breakfast unexpectedly available at 4:30am was a nice surprise. Staff was very nice and rooms were very clean. Walking distance to the airport was a plus. Good value for the $$."

"Hot tub was not working and the pool was very dirty with pigeons and droppings. We reserved a room especially for the Hot Tub. And the Convience of location. The trim was great just disappointing about the rest. "

"Disappointed that we did not find out about the pool being closed until we arrived. The indoor pool is the main reason I picked this hotel! I was given the option to cancel at no charge, but we just traveled all day and I did not have the energy to go “hotel hunting” all over again. Plus they shut the water off a full hour early than the posted time and this delayed our plans for the day because we had to wait for the water to come back in to shower."
