"Great property location. Friendly staff. Clean rooms however kitchen appliances and utensils need a bit of upgrades. Other that that my stay was very satisfying."

"We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The room was very spacious and the view was superb. Everyone that we spoke with during our stay were very courteous and helpful. The happy hour menu at the pool bar was great as was all of the included amenities. The resort was conveniently located close to the airport and there were many restaurants and grocery stores within walking distance. I would definitely stay here again on our next visit and recommend it others looking to visit Sint Maarten."

"I was very disappointed with my stay at The Hills Residence. Upon arrival, it was immediately apparent that the room had not been properly cleaned. The overall condition of the room was underwhelming and did not meet basic cleanliness standards.
The walls throughout the room were heavily scuffed and marked, giving the space a worn and neglected appearance. The rug was dirty and covered with sand, the floors were sticky, and several of the couch pillows were visibly stained and unclean....

"What a wonderful stay!! The staff was exceptional and accommodating the entire trip. The rooms were clean and very beautiful, not to mention the landscaping and the ease of getting to and from. I will most certainly be back!! Thank you!!!"
