"Truly an amazing experience everyone was so friendly and helpful from valet to check in! Even surprised us with a sweet treat for our anniversary. "Safety Harbor is a wonderful spa with all the amenities you would want. However, as a person with mobility problems there are a few issues. There is too much walking with long hallways with ramps that lead to various areas of the building and are difficult to navigate. If you're not lucky enough to get a handicapped designated parking spot the walk into the building is also long. The hot tub water was very hot, a little too hot for me. "DO NOT BOOK THIS PLACE! IT IS A SCAM!!! We arrived, there was no hot tube or “game room” People live here and book this place. Doesn’t even look like what’s in the photos. We arrive, wait an hour for the owner to call/message us back. Then call Expedia and tell them, what’s going on and the owner shows up and says this place is not available to rent because it’s under construction. Then take the listing down! He knew we booked this months ago and could not reach out. So it took another two hours...
